Extremely disappointing stay. The room felt like a sex shop with condoms and sexy outfits for sale. Finding the hotel was confusing, no signs to reception, and we were sent to a different building than booked. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and didn’t speak English. Very frustrating experience.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean and had a strong unpleasant smell. Finding the hotel was extremely difficult, and to make matters worse, we were eventually placed in a completely different building than originally booked because the original one was full. There were no signs or directions to the reception, so we wandered around for an hour trying to figure out where to go. When we tried calling for help, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and none of them spoke English. Fortunately, a friend who knew a bit of Chinese was able to assist. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

一個坑人的酒店。衞生差，馬桶上還有屎💩，發消息給酒店根本不理。位置差，酒店難找，等了好久才有人帶着去酒店，走了好遠才到。房間設施差，當然一百大幾的酒店也沒指望有啥，勉強湊乎。好好的承德之行被有💩的酒店給毀了。奉勸各位別再上當受騙。

大家不要來這個酒店，屋內臟亂差，廁所還有異味💩，到酒店了説空調還是壞的，晚上熱的我們睡不着，凳子上還有腳印👣，給前台反應，前台説是印在裡邊的，擦不掉，結果我們拿衞生紙一擦就能擦下來，給前台發過去了，他説是風吹的灰塵，我****吧，前台服務態度和説話態度非常不好，説12點就可以入住，讓我們硬生生的等到三點才入住，屋裡床上還有毛髮，太噁心了，反正就是不要來，避雷！！！！

商務出差選了這家酒店，體驗超預期！衞生做得特別好，房間裏一塵不染，床品也乾淨柔軟，住着很舒心。環境方面，位置便利，離辦事的地方近，周邊也不吵，休息得好。服務更是貼心，前台辦入住超快，有什麼需求響應也及時。設施雖不算特別豪華，但齊全且新，尤其是床和枕頭，睡一覺消除了一天的疲憊。整體性價比高，下次來還選這兒，給商務出行的朋友妥妥安利~
