買家秀與賣家秀，1、房間位置在一個鳥不拉屎的山旁邊，整棟樓剛建成到處是裝修廢料，沒幾户入住。2、房間與照片很不符合，如果是不影響入住也就罷了，但是這床單極其影響睡眠。3、床單破舊起球，睡覺超級劃皮膚，而且被子黑不拉幾和床還散發著一股濃濃的發黴的臭味。配上花裏胡哨的花邊，廉價的質感，咱就是説能不能弄個乾淨的白床單，別噁心人🤢。4、床墊一動就鼓起個大包，還硌得慌，一點都不平整。5、衞生間的主花灑明明沒有用就一直滴答水，而且聲音巨大，夜裡被吵醒兩次，根本睡不着。6、所謂的電競房是粉嫩嫩的廉價床單配上一個支架桌子和辦公室淘汰下來的椅子和台式機，要是不會做主題房可以不做。7、電視機小的像我出生時那個年代買的，躺床上看電視都得拿放大鏡。8、花裏胡哨是建立在舒適的基礎上的，晾衣架一共不到50公分，還掛了一個串破破爛爛臟兮兮的紙做的球球，佔據了晾衣架一半的空間不説，還讓我覺得晾衣架很臟。9、房間裏放了一個掃床的刷子，床上用品能不能做到一客一換，真的難評，而且這麼臭🤢。10、知道民宿大多這個毛病，總是拍虛假圖騙人，定了房間後想要看看房，就讓扒門口看一眼，門口能看到啥，衹能看到光亮的地磚以為還可以，住進來，噁心一整晚。以上全部如實評價

老闆服務好。非常熱情。房間乾淨衞生。周圍環境優美，舒適宜人。剛剛裝修的房子，沒有異味。有洗衣機，很方便。

臟兮兮破舊的沙發，花裏胡哨並不好看的燈，既沒有舒適又想錦上添花又不成，榻榻米房間，坐床上吧被榻榻米隔着夠不着，坐榻榻米上吧，又離床衹有不到20公分的距離，坐不下，住過最差的房間。床品一客一換也不確定，因為臟兮兮

衞生間櫃子裏有私人物品女性沖洗**的．．森喆ABC三棟樓在我們所住的樓看對面就住了三家亮燈，我所住的樓還在裝修，整棟大樓沒有幾個人一個樓層上來都很恐怖，而且是那種公寓外面連牌子都沒有，外面有個小超市，很早就關門，千萬別去當時打電話，他説是鼎盛王朝配套的：想着再差能差到哪去！主要是公寓還在裝修，沒有人沒有人！
