房間很乾凈，設施很智能，住起來不錯很舒服。地理位置非常優越，離避暑山莊、磐錘峯、博物館、普寧寺等一眾景點都很近。前台樑永婧，李亞麗兩位小姐姐的服務很抱歉，提出表揚！

臨近景區，地理位置好，緊鄰武烈河，對面避暑山莊。新酒店乾淨衞生，房間設施全套智能化，點個外賣都是機器人送到房間。酒店早餐種類非常豐富，可口，超值。客服服務熱情周到貼心，充電器忘記帶，客服部貼心送來一套免費客房使用，離店時還送了兩瓶水。連住兩天，非常滿意，再次感謝！

去承德前做了酒店攻略！同等價位、位置的酒店比較了半天，選擇了她家。第一：她家餐廳味道聽説不錯。（真不錯，性價比可以有）。第二：開業時間短，衞生條件應該可以（確實可以）。第三：距離各個風景區、當地美食都很近。第四：處於遊覽區（環境安靜、出行方便）。

酒店不錯，臨近就有導遊帶團，特別是我們的導遊小辛帶團很成功，確實她在承德避暑山莊這塊兒很熟，講解很到位，讓人聽了明白，口才也好，人也熱情，感覺知識豐富，語句順暢流利，不囉嗦。這酒店是新開的，去年二月才試運行，但感覺不錯，特別是掛衣部分跟別的酒店不同，感覺很容易掛，也容易幹，沒有門，不會繁瑣去開、去關。下面👇還可以自如地放東西。

酒店開業不久，設施完善，屋內智能聲控，房間乾淨整潔，前台熱情接待，服務員有求必應，早餐豐富，在餐廳吃過兩次晚餐，味道好極了！酒店離景區很近。值得推薦！

住了兩天，每天都送歡迎小水果，第一天是香蕉和小番茄，第二天是蘋果和小番茄。交通很方便。住的是一樓，不是很吵，全屋智能，房間也很大，離景區也很近。避暑山莊晚上的燈光夜景很不錯，很值得消食

五一假期期間在嵐海大酒店訂了兩間兩天的雙床房，帶着長者孩子一起出行，酒店的服務還是很好的，環境乾淨整潔，距離景點都不遠，就餐方便，酒店內的餐廳有點兒檔次的，就是出餐時間偏長，假期期間也可以理解，前台接待的叫美麗的女士服務非常好，態度nice值得表揚，下次來承德還會選擇嵐海。
