The service was excellent: passport registration very efficient and straightforward, people working at the reception were kind and helpful.
The room was comfortable and spacious, we particularly loved the giant TV screen!

The place is clean and renovated. The breakfast is also good. The only two drawbacks are that it only has one elevator and that at least I could not login the WiFi

A compromise hotel between price, quality and proximity to tourist features. Can get here from the fast train station via bus 67 to the (old) train station, then bus 28 stops right outside. Hotel is quiet, clean, good wifi. Only disposable towels offered, they were crap 40 years ago and still crap. Breakfast for CNY 18 very ordinary. I went to McDonald's, 600m to the left. Bus #6 to the upper attractions and bus#10 gets you close to the hammer rock site. There's a great restaurant just down hill on your left and a supermarket just past it. As with the hotel, restaurant and tourist attractions, medium Chinese language skills preferred.

I stayed for a day when I passed by Chengde. It was good. The service was very enthusiastic. The self-service machine checked in faster than the manual one. The room was very clean. It was Xiaodu smart. The disposable items in the disinfection cabinet were worth mentioning. They dispelled many customers' doubts. The hotel's breakfast was very rich and there were many dishes. I took a few photos of my favorites to share with you. They were mainly handmade and safe to eat.

定的兩房套間，家庭出遊很方便，寬敞乾淨，窗户對着熱河革命烈士紀念碑和山景，壯觀，前台熱情，停車也方便，就在酒店後面，地理位置好，樓下一條街非常熱鬧方便，吃的選擇超級多，味道也好，還有個大超市。就是早餐再豐富一點會更好。

房間乾淨 浴巾和毛巾都是拋棄式的 每天提供一瓶新的5L水超棒 服務人員都很親切 洗衣房還提供洗衣精 旁邊不到20公尺的地方就有蜜雪冰城和中型超市 交通也非常方便 不過浴室熱水要放5分鐘才夠熱 有點浪費就是了

首先來前台辦入住，前台熱情款待，而且是自助辦理入職非常方便節省時間，房間設施齊全，設備智能，乾濕分離，馬桶都是智能的，非常乾淨，住着就很舒適，離承德熱門景點很近，非常方便，有免費停車場。十樓提供健身房和洗衣房真的很贊，早上的早餐也很豐富，環境也乾淨，總之這次入住體驗感很好，大家可以來體驗！！

房間不大，衞生間做成三分離，2人夠住，性價比高。位置在老城區，周邊交通方便，超市餐飲齊全，服務員熱情周到，美中不足就是9層樓就一部電梯。
