酒店和維爾納是同一個前台！前台服務比較好！酒店設施不怎麼樣了！空調有一股味道！保證延遲退房至14:00，深夜粥道-晚安粥，晚上21點多就送來了你延遲退房！服務員就不會提前來吵你！

該酒店與維也納酒店共用一個總枱、停車場、早餐，房間設備老舊一點但還算乾淨衞生，停車場在地庫，早餐品種多而且味道不錯，服務態度很好，因和連鎖店共同管理，入住沒問題。

體驗非常差的一次，前台沒有人，找了半天發現一個指示牌，這個酒店居然和隔壁維也納酒店共享前台，我傍晚訂的大床房，凌晨3點到酒店後前台告訴我大床房被老闆鎖了，衹能給我換雙床房，換就換吧，床還非常小，而且從頭到尾沒有一個人和我説過一句抱歉的話，意思是不住可以退房，可是凌晨3點多我哪還有體力再去找酒店呀，到了房間，上個廁所，馬桶是壞的，不能沖水，因為太累，也就忘了拍照片，大家自行想象吧
