For our business purposes we found the hotel to be perfect. The restaurants and facilities were very good. The main point would be the management and staff under them. Their attentive and professional service given to clients was excellent. Would recommend as a good business hotel in the area it is located.

Enjoyed the stay and the treatment. The staff is so friendly and welcoming from the Front Desk, Restaurant Manager and staff, Room services. Big shout to Santanu Kayal, Armina Mallick and Avijit Baui for making sure my tea was well taken care.

This is such a wonderful hotel, I had such an amazing experience and the service from the staff is exceptional, they always do their best to ensure their guests are well taken care of. Special shout out to Santanu Kayal as he went above and beyond to ensure I am well taken of, what a lovely person. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Had a pleasent stay at ITC Welcom GST . Was very nicely checked in by Trisha . Room was good. The Restaurant team of Ajit , Mohit , Avijit , Dina , Rita and another girl were all very good. Avijit & Dina were absolutely good , high on energy Chef Satish kumar was fantastic . Spread for Dinner & Breakfast was very good. I wish live counter at dinner offer more options. Rekha from House Keeping was v helpful too Payal & Arnika at check out were very good too- Overall a v good experience - Thanks
