第一次來成縣，酒店是新中式的風格，也是在網上選了好幾家最後預訂的這家酒店。環境很不錯，相對於縣城的其他酒店設施，配置，裝修風格來説，性價比相當高。下次來這邊玩耍，還是會住這裏。nice。

到的晚，升級了房。非常寬敞、設備齊全，服務周到，賓至如歸。床睡起舒服。

非常糟糕的入住體驗。
22:30 發現房間裏有非常響的水聲和某種機器滾動的聲音，告知前台請求換房（我定的是個三人套間）。前台回覆要請示值班經理。
22:45 催促前台給我處理結果，因為時間很晚，我們的訴求是給我們一個同樣的三人間讓我們先睡覺，原噪音房間保留我們的物品，明早收。
22:50 前台告知我們總經理親自來處理。總經理到來查看後，衹答應給我們一個雙標間（我們有三個人），我們要求要兩個雙標間，總經理命令我們立刻收拾行李搬出現在的套間，才能給我們兩個雙標間（據我説知，兩個標間的價格低於一個套間）。期間總經理（男性，高大略胖），嗓門很大，態度極差，從頭到尾沒有因酒店設施問題跟我們道歉。
22:50-23:10 期間攜程客服一直在幫我們積極協商。
23:10 前台告知我們，可以給我們兩個標間暫住，但是必須撤銷對酒店的投訴和差評。並要求我們下樓到前台跟總經理面談並拿房卡，語氣強硬且感覺有威脅的意思。時值深夜，我們三個女生，覺得不安全，拒絕到前台拿房卡，並告知前台我們不會撤銷投訴。
23:50 僵持了半個多小時後， 前台給我們送來房卡，進一步要求我們撤投訴，我們未答應。考慮到安全原因，最後我們沒有使用標間，依然留宿在噪音房，一夜未眠。直至退房至今，沒有得到任何的道歉和安慰。
以上是本次入住的全部體驗，身心俱疲，沒想到在一個縣城裡“好評不斷”的星級酒店，會有這樣的服務態度和設施。以上糟糕經歷，權當交了一次學費，還望各位謹慎選擇，不要重蹈覆轍。
