這個蒙古莊園很好，小老弟服務不錯，給我們老兩口介紹了很多蒙古族的故事，住宿的房間明亮寬敞，位置很有景色，秋季的景色別具一格，園區真的很大，敖包相會，騎馬體驗，真不錯。下次會推薦朋友過來。感謝管家王總的熱情接待，對待長者非常耐心，晚餐火鍋確實很好吃，羊肉火鍋好吃的。

前台很熱情周到，讓在有點冷的秋季特別温暖，房間乾淨衞生好，贈送了早餐雖然簡單但是温暖好吃，晚上火鍋店家主動88折深感以外，價格不貴，這酒店不在黑山頭，但是距離很近20分鐘就到了，草原上的蒙古包，酒店的卡丁車爽的一批，不限速啊，太爽了，河邊的景色很美，推薦來這玩卡丁車[憨笑]

找蒙古包住宿選了很多家，最終選擇海納蒙古莊園這個店，原本會擔心環境不好，位置不好，實際入住發現環境真的很好，在331國道邊的草原上，園區特別大，秋季的草原也是非常漂亮的，入住很簡單快捷，房嫂會送你到房間很貼心的服務，晚上可以品嚐小火鍋涮羊肉，肉質真的不錯，人均100元吃到撐，這家騎馬很方便，路線很好，特別日落的路線景色好，五星好評（#^.^#）👍🏻

蒙古包只有夏季旺季開業，國慶是最後營業的時候，之後就閉店了，店家免費升級了房間，國慶住的人比較少，很清靜，晚上降温了蒙古包還是有點冷，不過可以開空調，條件比以前的蒙古包好太多了

如果説因天氣原因沒有藍天白雲，沒有看到星空滿眼，這都是不可抗因素。但莊園的住宿服務和用餐實屬很大的失望。因要接待團餐客人，給我們散客早早的點好餐早早的要求上餐。可是炸鮮奶是温的，羊雜湯還不如一個早餐店，一碗捲心菜也是天價了，番茄牛腩的用的牛肉説出來是在內蒙的用餐都無人可信，方圓幾十公里都沒有餐廳，根本沒有其他選擇，既來之則吃之。當然也沒有服務可言。非常失望的體驗。推開窗可以看到的除了草以外。還有沁人心肺的各種“動物排泄味”也可以理解為原生態的草原味。可能是屬於一個團餐團隊遊可去的地方。私家玩法還是建議去正經酒店吧。

旅遊區下班了，盲訂了這家酒店，服務體驗滿分💯超預期，本來看着網上圖片一般，想着對付一宿算了，結果處處都是驚喜，酒店服務人員素養特別好，服務細節貼心到位，房間重新裝修，寬敞明亮，設施完善，值得推薦（՞ਊ՞）👍還有二衹可愛的草地笨，出去即是草原，躺下就看星空🌌，對面就可以滑草看日落，隨手一拍就是大片📸（^_^）

莊園是在額爾古納往黑山頭方向的中段，沿途和莊園內景色很美，房間乾淨整潔，比預期的好太多了。意外的是，莊園配備了騎馬場、卡丁車穿越項目，還給了我一些優惠。這樣一站式遊玩就方便很多。老闆人很熱情，邀請我參加了團隊的開羊儀式，還有篝火晚會的“羣魔亂舞”，總之是一次很開心的草原之行……

地理位置非常好，距離黑山頭鎮只有10分鐘車程，331國道邊，景色沒得説，夜晚的星空很美，遠處的山很高，羊羣白雲草地都在這裏，我説我住的是真正的草原之夜，我要的就是這種地方 酒店有騎馬卡丁車，價格公道多了，房間也很不錯，淡季都給做了升級，感謝管家。
