簡而言之，衞生還可以，位置差，服務極差，自由行的不要考慮了。
之前朋友推薦了呼和諾爾酒店，以為那個酒店沒房間了所以定了距離不遠的可汗宮大酒店，結果雷點太多了。
先説好的：衞生還可以，房間也比較大，除此以外毫無亮點。10/5除了我倆以外沒有人了，特別空曠甚至慎得慌。所有酒店的玩樂項目都沒了，騎馬、射箭等啥也沒有，應該是過了夏季旺季就不搞了。不遠處的呼和諾爾湖也休園了，什麼玩的都沒有。方圓6km外還沒有任何酒店外的餐廳。
我和男朋友逛了一圈覺得太蕭條破敗和索然無味，想跟酒店商量下是否可以付款鐘點房費用（距離入住2小時），晚上就不在這住了，一是什麼人沒有着實有點害怕，晚上也不敢出門，二是吃飯也太不方便了（酒店自帶餐廳貴且讓人沒有食慾）
高潮來了，酒店最多同意退20%。我們願意付款違約金，也確實是我們自己事先沒做好功課。如果是因為我們的退訂導致損失了別的客户，那付款全款我一點意見沒有。但空無一人的酒店，我也不知道完全無法協商的原因，除了把我們當最後一茬羊宰還能怎麼理解。哪怕是各讓一步，50%、60%都是一個態度
最後還是攜程從中協調，付款了80%違約金，攜程做出了一點補償
