Muyun Resort

Staying in a traditional yurt at Muyun Hotel is very clean, with a nice view outside the window, a great location, a good check-in experience, and good front desk service. Recommended.

The scenery is stunning, especially if you want to watch the sunset and sunrise, it is worth staying here. In terms of service, employees' professional capabilities need to be improved. For example, every employee talks about meal times differently. The chopstick heads in the restaurant are individually packaged, which is a good service item, but no one told the guests, which led to many people complaining that the chopsticks were too short, and the individually packaged chopstick heads were not used. I feel like the boss spent money in vain and no one enjoyed the service😀 But I still gave it 5 points because the sunrise and sunset were so beautiful.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff, Grace, was very enthusiastic in arranging a room upgrade for us. Since it was an RV, we had a more unique accommodation experience. The room is spacious, with one bedroom and one living room, kitchen, living room, dining room and balcony. The location of the hotel is the best viewing location on the Mozhgrad River. The sunrise and sunset were very stunning for my wife and me. The hotel's swing is suitable for children to play and take photos. RVs are great for bringing children to experience.
