The rooms and beds are in terrible condition , stains ,hair , dirty , we couldn’t stay in the place due to cleaning issues , we are still waiting for a refund

I will never use ******* again.. they booked the wrong hotel, and wouldn’t give a refund. I never stayed at that hotel

AC / Heater was not working properly. Should have a refrigerator in room. Breakfast is just for vegetarians. basin/sink, bathtub knobs are hard to pull. not suitable for seniors. bed sheet cover has cigarette holes. Toilet seat is kind of small.

This hotel/motel whatever you want to call it is SO OUTDATED … furniture, carpeting, paint, ceiling … it’s ridiculous!!!

This place was disgusting. It is cheap but not worth the smell, dirty carpets, and unwashed bedding. I would not recommend staying here ever.

All night there was a noise, coming from the toilet, toilet has a warm water. No cold water at the sink faucet.

Very dirty hotel, when we checked in we saw alot of hair in bathtub it was not clean at all
There nothing to eat in breakfast expect coffee and cereal
