The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Chemnitz, and is convenient for going everywhere. There is a bus stop at the door. The front desk has English translation and is welcoming. The room is clean. The bedding is comfortable.

I was looking for a place to stay with parking, and chose a new hotel with its own parking lot, but there was no parking lot. I spent an hour waiting for parking, and ended up parking in a shopping mall parking lot 500m away. I couldn't park right in front of the hotel, so I went around to the back of the building to park for emergency parking. It was so hard to move my luggage across the large parking lot behind the hotel building but not available to guests. The facilities are new, but they weren't cleaned properly, so it was dusty, narrow, and most of all, I had so much trouble with parking that I don't want to come back to this place again.

Super friendly, helpful and accommodating staff at the reception.
