Kamer was top, douche is niet voor mensen langer dan 1,90 gemaakt maar is wel oplosbaar intestellen. Zelfde als voor het. Locatie is top, je bent zo in het centrum van Chemnitz en met de auto heel goed te bereiken. Ontbijt is heerlijk. Airco was lekker geweest maar wij waren er wel in een zeer warm weekend

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, das Umfeld entspricht dem Charakter von Chemnitz. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist ok, im Bad gibt es ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Nachteilig war, dass von den 4 Aufzügen maximal 3, meist nur 2 in Betrieb waren, was besonders am Morgen ( Frühstück und Auschecken) zu unangenehm langen Wartezeiten führt.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Sehr zentrumsnah. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider war die Hotelbar während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht geöffnet. Super Ausgangspunkt für eine City Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder

Ich war bereits öfter im Congress Hotel untergebracht und fand es immer gut...bis....befriedigend (Kein WLAN !!!, Frühstück manchmal nicht dem eigenen Standard entsprechend).
Diesmal bewerte ich ausschließlich die Parksituation, insbesondere mit der Verärgerung, dass mein Fahrzeug beschädigt wurde. Mit ist natürlich bewusst, dass das Hotel hierfür keine komplette Schuld trifft.
Aber Gebühren zu verlangen für einen Parkplatz, bei dem
1. der Parkschein-Scanner seit langem defekt ist UND
2. es bei dem Hotel-Standard und der berüchtigten Ecke "Brückenstraße" keine Überwachungskamera gibt
finde ich mangelhaft.
Leider, nach einigen guten Übernachtungen, werde ich dies Hotel in Zukunft meiden.
