Excellent hotel! We stayed in the Superior Standard room. The room has everything you need. The cleaning was done well. Polite and friendly staff. On the minus first floor there is a cool restaurant Chester. We will come again when we are in Chelyabinsk!

A good hotel, especially for families with children. We lived in a suite, there were 2 rooms, my husband and I had a separate bedroom, which is a big plus. Good breakfasts and helpful staff. Luxurious mattresses, pillows and bed linen - we will definitely come again!

Good day. We checked in on July 18, 2024. The air conditioning in the room did not work, the temperature in the refrigerator (bar) was the same as in the room, because of this we had to leave food (cheese) at the reception. Upon check-in, they took money for an extra bed (an 8-year-old child needed it), but there were only enough towels for two.

Персонал никакой, сотрудник ресепшена неспособен на решение вопросов, номера уставшие, мебель и сантехника в очень плохом состояние, все заляпано герметиком. Не рекомендую, не стоит своих денег. Оплату взяли больше чем было указано в приложении.

Проживал в отеле с 30.11 по 01.12.23. Выбрал отредактировать потому что надеялся что Hollyday inn это качественный бред. Заселение было в 19.30. Первое что поразило, отель не предоставлял в этот день Ужина.! Сказали у нас ресторан работает с 22.00 до 24.00 Странно согласитесь? Потом выяснилось что сегодня был дегустационный день и он работает с 19.00 но туда пускают только тех кто заранее записался. А остальным как быть? Опускать по району в поисках еды? В номере был прохладно. Где то 18 градусов. Был обогреватель. Он позволил поднять температуру. Но в целом это не нормально, для гостиницы с брендом Hollyday inn! В лобби нет бара. На этажах нет куллеров с водой. Выдают только 2е бутылочки воды при заселении. А дальше как хочешь. Предлагаю покупать за деньги. Да, есть минибар в номере. Там в комплекте есть маленькая бутылочка, но уже за доплату. Вобщем какой-то ИСПАНСКИЙ СТЫД. КРАЙНЕ РАЗОЧАРОВАН СЕРВИСОМ. И тут уже ни большой номер ни большая удобная кровать не компенсируют описанных выше неудобств. Буду держатся подальше от этой гостиницы и другим не советую.

Останавливалась на две ночи (командировка), в целом довольна, но есть нюансы. Плюсы: - расположение в тихом районе - приветливый персонал - удобные кровати с ортопедическим матрасом и подушками разной жесткости на выбор - полный комплект туалетных принадлежностей, халат и тапочки - наличие чайника - достойный ресторан Честер в цоколе Минусы: - в номере холодно, ОЧЕНЬ холодно. Радиатор в номере есть, но не спасает. - тренажерный зал с плохой вентиляцией, в зале воняет - сауна/спа не работает - на втором этаже «свистит» вентиляция. Ощущение, что спишь рядом с ж/д станцией - номера 236 и 235 сдвоенные, между ними деревянная дверь. Мне не повезло: соседний номер сняла дама легкого поведения на одну ночь. Вопрос к тем, кто занимается размещением: поселить рядом человека, которому фирма оплатила проживание в командировке, и работающую ночную бабочку. Вы серьезно?! Нет, я рада за людей и их насыщенную половую жизнь, но как спать другим постояльцам, когда дама орет так, будто свинью закалывают?! С полуночи не могла час дозвониться до ресепшн! Да, вопрос решили мгновенно, но одна из ночей была испорчена.

Снимали номер люкс на выходные. Всё понравилось, всё замечательно. Нет кулера в холле, приходилось много раз ходить на ресепшн. Но вежливый персонал это перекрывает. В целом всё понравилось. Достойный завтрак. Сауна В любом городе выбираю эту сеть.. Отличное сочетание цена-качество. В номере маленький шкаф для верхней одежды... Но и нас было 2 взрослых и 2 детей))) Особенно понравилась девушка на ресепшн, доброжелательная, искренняя, заботливая! Гостиница была практически вся занята, но атмосфера тишины и спокойствия. В Челябинске была первый раз, но и в будущем буду здесь останавливаться!
