The room was really well set out and the bed was lovely and large and comfortable. The kitchenette was equipped with essentials, including milk in the fridge. Location was great for accessing local amenities. My only criticism is the noise of the doors slamming was a little irritating, but wasn't all that often.

Very comfortable, quiet, convenient. We were so happy to find this rare gem! The small fridge, coffee maker, coffee, tea and dishes were appreciated! Bed was comfortable.

Really lovely room with great amenities. Fantastic location and super stylish. Would have been nice if there had been some bottled water. Also there is a bright green light in the ceiling that sadly disturbed my sleep so maybe provide guests eye masks.

I would like to applaud crescent place. The most beautiful decor, from tall ceilings, chandeliers, church windows and mezzanine bedroom, to the soft furnishings, amazing shower and underfloor bathroom heating. Perfectly located to central Cheltenham, walking distance to race course, bars, restaurants and shops, all on door step. Convenient, secure private parking. And most of all service, Alanya’s, personal attention to detail was unbelievable. Going that extra mile to make it really special. Thank you for a special stay. 10 stars from the Hoggs.

Pleasant accommodation in a great location, near to the promenade and Cheltenham high street. Room was nicely furnished, with Smeg fridge for cold drinks.

My daughter and I loved this hotel and the location was brilliant for exploring the beautiful Cotswold and the surrounding villages. It is so pretty and a relaxing time for us. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would like to go back one day!

Secure and modern duplex semi- apartment. High quality furnishing and a wonderful power shower, smart TV's with Netflix etc. Open Bathtub in the bedroom and chandelier add to the astetics. Think of it as a totally upgraded premiere inn and you won't be disappointed. Now a few missing things we wished we had was a toaster, microwave and even a sink. The layout could be made a lot better with TV placements and even the addition of a two seater sofa would help a lot, downstairs feels like sitting in a hallway or waiting room. But all in all for the price it was great value and perfectly located for Cheltenham town.

Excellent hotel, great location, superb attention to detail, well priced. Customer service was fantastic, helped when we needed them (which wasn’t often), very professional. Would highly recommend.
