Perfect stop over attending a friends wedding. Pub is lovely with updated decor in the restaraunt. Lovely staff who were friendly and attentive throughout. Especially, Stacey at breakfast. Rooms were perfect for a stop over but need a bit of updating. However, it was clean and comfortable. We are told it is under new management and our experience was very positive.

Our stay at the Saracens head was fantastic! Immaculately clean room with one of the most comfy beds in the known universe! Friendly and incredibly helpful team of staff and tons of history and charm to boot make this place a real gem! The only downside of the stay was having to leave. We will most definitely be back, thanks to all at the hotel for their wonderful hospitality.
