Premier Inn Chelmsford (Boreham)

Very warm welcome and comfortable room. Lots of parking on site and perfectly situated just off the A12. Bed and pillows were very comfortable room. Air conditioning in bedroom was welcomed. Breakfast was fabulous. Wide range of cooked items (some cooked to your requirements), fresh pastries and fruits. Good hot and cold drinks available.

Super friendly staff! Plenty of parking and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They always have the essentials - hairdryer, full length mirror, tea and coffee, even some Bayliss and Harding soap 😂 Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Thank you ☺️

We had an excellent experience during our stay, and we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the amazing staff - Jo, Dom and Nad. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made all the difference. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Clean comfy rooms, extra pillows if needed and lovely breakfast. Arrived mid afternoon. Front counter staff were very welcoming, friendly/nice. Check in only took a few minutes. Room was clean and smelled nice. Bed was comfy. Lovely power shower (didn’t want to get out) Had the all you can eat, full English breakfast the next morning, and again staff very friendly and helpful. Food was nice and hot, and replenished as required. Eggs cooked to order and brought to our table. A***** Overall a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again

The food is very good. They are very friendly and helpful. Very good service 👍. Jasmine was particularly helpful with our breakfast, managed to sit us all together. The price is good (children are free ) The beds were comfortable. Overall very good

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfasts. The hotel is located lose to the main roads in and out of Chelmsford and is easy to get to from Stansted airport. We stayed in a family room, which was clean and quiet with a decent bath and shower. The reception staff were always friendly and eager to help. The breakfast was great, with a choice of full English (eggs fried, scrambled even poached to order) and good quality sausages and bacon, or continental with fresh croissants and pain chocolat. I have stayed there several times when visiting family in Chelmsford and can recommend the hotel. The nearby pub, The Grange, is also good.
