Very nice place and the customer was very helpful, everyone was good

Stayed two nights here for a family event. Location was perfect as I arrived to Chelmsford by train, the hotel is just across the road. Received a warm welcome and had a super room, quiet, large bed and a bath. Food was good, staff are all very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Would recommend and will definitely return here. There is no parking at this hotel.

- I overpaid. I paid 177£ , other guests paid 80£(still to know why?) - The hotel and room smell was awful - Check in was slow (had to do self check in at the end) - Food got cleared from table even though I wasn’t finished - The cleaner woke us up walked in our room around 11am. Check out is at12 That was 1 day. Overall, NEVER AGAIN.

Recently stayed at premier inn Chelmsford, we were in need of a good nights sleep and a good breakfast before we left. This was perfectly placed for our needs although the room was very tired and in need of attention. We enjoyed a lovely evening meal and breakfast as part of the meal deal which I would recommend. Staff were very friendly and polite, the man who served us in the restaurant in the evening was very very polite and a credit to the hotel. If I stayed again I would consider trying an upgrade on the room although it was adequate for our needs. We were also able to leave our bags at reception and return to collect them later which was good and buy bottled water at reception.

This was my first time at a Premier Inn and it was super lovely :) Giulio specifically was so lovely checking me in and explaining all the details I needed to know. Give him a raise!!! Overall the room was clean and comfy, the sheets and pillows were so fluffy and nice. Would love to come visit again 10/10 :)

The service staff is on top. Very kind and attentive. The room and towels are clean. I especially liked manager Givliot, very friendly 👍

I was very tired when I arrived but Giulio was very kind and accommodating. I decided to stay in the hotel for dinner and chef Raymon went out of his way to make sure my food was how I ordered, as I’m quite tired of chips these days while traveling UK, and made a lovely plate that was tasty too. Thank you so much!

Comfy beds, but duvet was a little stained no bedding for 2nd bed. Lamp on desk broken.Food in restaurant was very nice very relaxed a**osphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. coriander to rooms smelly. Toilets in restaurant area not very clean. Plenty of tea bags and coffee etc available. Would stay again!
