Dilapidated room, the card system for parking and the room works every other time. The housekeeping staff kicked us out at 10:40 a.m. even though check out is 11 a.m.
The common areas are not very clean and the first floor stinks of cigarettes.
The stairs stink of urine, lack paint on the floor and wall and are really not clean at all.
The staff does not have a coherent discourse regarding the return of the deposit.
Breakfast quite expensive for the content, no cold meats, fruit, cheese.
Available croissant, paint, cereals, compote yogurt.
A minute's stop is missing to get the card for the room and parking.

The flat, although small, is good. But there was only one towel for 2 people. Although the flat was clean, it was old and showed signs of age and wear. The biggest problem is the breakfast. Frugal for 9 euros and only available after 8.30 am. We had to go without because it was too late.

We choose this residence because it was included in watado.tours' DisneyLand + Bed & breakfast offers. It is located in an intermediate zone between Disneyland and the centre of Paris, that's why we chose this one over the other residences. The hostal it's quite precarious in the interiors, but it's well equiped and has almost anything you need to spend the night and to take advantage of the day in Paris or Disneyland. On the other hand, we did not like at all the fact of having to pay a deposit of €85, which, once we are back at home back in my country, I still have no information about whether it will be returned or not. I recommend making a video of the room so, in case you are blamed for any damage or similar, you have proof of how the room was left. It's a pity, but you have to extrem the caution because they can keep the deposit with any excuse.. In general therms, i would recommend it because of the qualitys and the uneasiness of not knowing if your deposit will be returned, but the personal of the hostal was kind and everything else was ok.

I only stayed for two nights before my flight but during that time I received really friendly service and was able to walk to anywhere in Chelles I needed to go. If you don't really feel like walking than there are a few restaurants right near bye. Good location, good accomodations.

False advertisement of apartment rooms are deteriorating and smell of unclean its in the air.Not once they cleaned my room!staff not polite at all. Rude they refused to understand you even when on their add say they speak Portuguese and English. Ants and cockroaches will join you. Worst place I ever stayed in my life not recommended.Sou Portuguesa e falo English fluente e sempre mantiveram a mesma resposto não percebo o que dizes?palhaçada porque têm disponibilizado na Internet que falam essas duas linguas quando é mentira.As fotos disponibilizadas na Internet deve de ser de algum apartamento que esta fechado a 7 chaves so serve para display 😄 oh The only good yhing about this place ifs 20min from Disneyland!

The hotel is very dirty and the room absolutely disgusting! I couldn’t get in contact with the managers cause i had to leave after first night but i ve booked for 4 night! Still waiting for refund but no one get back to me so far! i left the key at the reception and the girl gave me a number to call , no one picked up

Rooms are dirty and some of the stuffs were broken on some of the rooms we saw. The all hotel needs a full remodeling and redesign. The staff was nice, polite and professional. I don't recommend it if you are looking for comfort.

The best part about this hotel was it was a 20 minute drive to Disney, I was told on reception when we arrived we could put towels on floor and get new ones, it didn’t happen, so when we asked we were told they have housekeeping ONCE a week! If you want cheap this is the hotel, if you want a little more comfortable stay then look for somewhere else. Me and my partner have said if we come to France again we won’t be staying here. It was very very poor.
