Better pay 10euro extra and stay in ibis Budget just opposite. Total waste property

After a 5-hour drive, when collecting the keys, the employee at reception refused to give me the room key given that I was accompanied by a minor and that in the " rule” of the establishment minors must be accompanied by their legal representative. Except that on the site on which I reserved this room it was not indicated, so I found myself in “the street with the person who accompanied me”. So I had to pay an extra €20 from the competition to be able to stay for the night. Disastrous experience, I advise against it given my experience, and the friendliness and cleanliness of the premises.

Terrible hotel. We arrived @23.30 and got our key @1.30 They can't even give a bill with VAT number of the customer, even if we asked. The room smells like a sigaret. We only got cold water in the shower (in a tiny bathroom). Your feet are dirty after getting out of the shower because its really dirty. For breakfast they couldn't provide a plate, nor a knife. And you don't even get fresh 'baguettes', neither as meat nor cheese. You can only get jam or chocolate. And only 16 chairs for breakfast, for about 30 double rooms... So avoid this hotel!!!!!

It says suitable for disable, nothing like it. Bathroom are so tiny, only suitable for skinny person.

Had to wait 2 hours for a card for the room. No invoice stating the VAT number available, room stinks of cigarettes. Shower and sink only cold water available. Breakfast includes baked rolls and croissants (welcome to la Douce France with delicious fresh baguettes), without toppings (only butter, jam and chocolate available). Not even a plate or knife available. Everything must be 'prepared' on a platter. Definitely avoid hotel!!!!!

Very dirty hotel, ruined sinks, dirty floors and walls, we slept with our clothes on! What can I say, it should be closed due to the lack of hygiene and services! They weren't even able to call me a taxi the next morning! 100% not recommended! Experience not to be repeated!

Hello, we didn't take the room, we had to find another hotel because yours was dirty and full of refugees (women with) very confused and what's more their pimp comes and clack sounds so she comes down at the sight of that we left we ask for a refund thank you

Beautiful hotel I have been coming to their place for many years very friendly and relaxing impeccable hygiene tv internet restaurant to rate reception staff very good and maid very good too thank you to first class hotel at the top see you soon

The gentleman at the reception is very nice and smiling. The room really not great burn marks on some furniture sheets not clean. The shower room is yellowish from the hairs on the floor. Being woken up in the middle of the night because someone is trying to enter the room is not a great feeling.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to in my life. All very very dirty. With hair in the bathroom, only one towel when the room was 3. Cobwebs all over the hotel. Everything was very neglected and on top of that it seemed like you were in an area with a pack of wolves. With baby carriages everywhere, shopping carts, food on the floors, blankets drying on the grass, children's toys broken throughout the facilities, not to mention air conditioning or fans making the stay impossible... Very Very Evil

Hotel in poor condition, hotel shared with workers and homeless people assisted by the state, stale bread at breakfast, room in poor condition, very noisy place, establishment to avoid.
