The room is large and well-equipped, and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is very beautiful, with a typical blue town appearance. The yard is not big, there is a small swimming pool and an orange tree in the yard. support.

The place was under renovation and there were workers everywhere. It smelled of paint and varnish, there was nobody else there…except a stranger on my second night who slept in the room across from mine and woke me up at 5:30 am. It was frightening. Nobody should have been there during this time. If I could get my money back, I would.

I am unsure where to begin with this review. But if I could get my money back, I would. When I arrived, the entire guesthouse was under renovation. It smelled of paint and varnish, workers were everywhere, and I ended up with varnish on my clothes. One worker had to call the owner or someone responsible for the hotel to meet me with a key, and then, I never saw anybody again. Nobody should have been staying there at this time; especially not a solo female traveller with no other guests around and no concierge. The room was a suite with a separate sitting room, so there was plenty of space. But the bathroom and towels were a bit dirty, and there was no blanket or duvet on the bed. I had to add blankets from the closet. I had no idea when they had last been washed. This place is more of an apartment with catered breakfast; not a guesthouse or hotel. The accommodation itself is in a residential neighbourhood, up-hill from the Medina. Not a horrible walk for me, as I do walk quite a bit at home. But it is very isolated for travellers. Once I went back after sight-seeing for the day, I did not wish to walk back another 20-25 minutes in the dark to find a restaurant. And I would have had to take a taxi back in dark, no question. The frightening part was being woken up on my 2nd (and final) night at 5:30 am to a VERY loud mobile phone alarm. It went off again at 6:00 am. I went to the outside landing to see where it was coming from: a man had been sleeping on the couch in the room across from mine with the door wide open. I had no idea who he was, but I quickly packed my bags and left as soon as I could. (He had left before I did and closed the door.) My advice is to stay in the Medina.

The property is cute. The only inconvenience was when we got there the water heater broke. Tu the team there replaced it so quickly and the house was ready for us. The breakfast was great and the views from the facility is so nice. This house will be so nice I. The summer as you can enjoy the views and breakfast from the terrace.

The place was spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The breakfast at the rooftop was delicious, Osama was very helpful and kind. My complaints are the master bedroom’s bathroom smells awful like sewer, the shower didn’t drain well. I didn’t sleep in the room because of the foul smell, it was giving us a headache. It’s a safety issue for our health, please fix it. The pillows and bed was also too firm.

Osama was very accommodating with our requests & comfort. The Guest House is outside the Madina but he was able to arrange taxis and restaurants for us. Villa Rita is beautifully set up with a rooftop and pool patio. Very good breakfast as well.

trip. We were provided amazing service and care throughout our stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. The pool area was perfect for a quick dip and to refresh. And....our favorite part...the breakfast! This was probably the best breakfast we had during our journey through Morocco. We had a terrific spread on the rooftop with great views. True, Villa Rita is not in the medina. But, it is close enough. We had a car so it really didn't matter. Either way, we would highly recommend Villa Rita. A very, VERY memorable experience!

In a very local area & can seem deceiving from outside. The family room was good, though the a/c can only be used at night. Breakfast was good.
