So, let me start by saying that Dar Rafik in Chefchaouen is a beautiful guesthouse. We had a pretty good experience overall, but there were a few hiccups along the way. First things first, the breakfast at the rooftop was fantastic! The bread was tasty, and we enjoyed it while taking in the nice view. It was a great way to start our day. The staff at Dar Rafik were helpful and accommodating. They assisted us in calling a taxi and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the day we checked out. It was convenient and made our travel plans much easier.

Very disappointing- we requested a twin room - they couldn’t give us one they said there had been a mistake - we requested a bath ( it was advertised as having baths - they didn’t have any - we ended up not staying as we didn’t want to share a bed and they said they wouldn’t charge us but they did charge us in full so I feel like we were ripped off - staff were completely unhelpful

En este riad a sido muy bueno lo único que faltaba un poco más de atención por ejemplo: Le faltaban las pilas a los mandos de la televisión, faltaban rollos de papel. Pero los anfitriones del riad han sido simpáticos con nosotros

La peor experiencia hotelera que he tenido. Sucio, sin atención sin respuesta ante los problemas, el colchón casi no existía, 45 minutos después de la hora del check in llegaron a abrirnos, no lo recomiendo.

Mensagens a apressar o check in, pois a partir das 19h00 não haveria ninguém para nos receber. Em viagem e com o atraso do ferry era impossível defenir uma hora de chegada mas fomos bombardeados com mensagens e telefonemas a apressarnos. À chegada fomos surpreendidos com uma divisão por quartos que não correspondia à nossa reserva. Foi solicitada uma cama extra para uma criança, que estava em falta e que nunca foi colocada. Só há uma funcionária ao pequeno almoço, durante o resto do dia e da noite o riad está completamente abandonado. Durante a nossa estadia não tivemos água quente para tomar banho. O pequeno-almoço é tomado no terraço seja qual for o tempo, não há nada que nos proteja quer do vento quer do sol ou do frio. No dia do Check-out, apesar de este ter que ser feito até às 12h00, como está escrito nas portas dos quartos, a empregada, que não fala qualquer língua a não ser o árabe, utilizou o Google tradutor para nos informar que queria a chave às 10h00.

Charmante chambre d’hôtes au pied de la médina. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon, un coin salon avec frigo, salle de bain avec douche. Petit déjeuner très bien très copieux pris sur la terrasse. Parfait rien a redire, nous recommandons cet établissement.
