Вполне приличный отель. Правда, немного "уставший", но вполне соответствующий 3***. Выбирали по критериям: близость к центру, завтрак - шв стол, бесплатная охраняемая парковка и ,конечно, адекватная цена. Все так и есть. Стоянка на закрытой территории под камерами. Набережная примерно в 1 км по центральной улице. Завтрак по принципу шведского стола очень хороший для 3***. От блинов и сырников до салатов и горячих блюд. Все свежее и вкусное. Подача в кафе на 1 этаже. Сами номера, как я понял, расположены на 4 и 5 (мансардном) этажах здания бизнес-центра. Есть лифт до 4-го. Поэтому я и выбирал номер бизнесс-класса, который по фото должен был располагаться не на мансарде. По приезду нам бесплатно "повысили" класс номера до VIP. Не менее 50 м2, 2 комнаты, 2 с/у, джакузи, зона отдыха. Спасибо! Как говорят, дареному коню в зубы не смотрят. Но все таки должен предупредить: этот номер как раз на 5-м этаже с мансардными окнами и сломанным 2-м ТВ. А уж если это "VIP",то озадачило отсутствие холодильника, чайной станции, сейфа и приветственной воды. Комфорт для нас складывается как раз из этих удобств, а не зависит от величины номера. Возможно, поэтому сей номер и не произвел должного впечатления. Халаты, тапки и хороший выбор мыльно-рыльных, к чести отеля, присутствовали. Вывод: Это нормальная 3-ка с адекватными ценами, которую можно порекомендовать всем, кто не ждет от номеров "VIP" соответствия названию или чего-то сногсшибательного. Мы были готовы. Россия - все как везде. Или почти везде..

Сейчас лежу на удобной кроватке и мишу отзыв про это замечательное место. Номер, бизнес, не люкс просто шикарен. Душ кондиционер все имеется, все новенькое. Цены вполне приемлемы. Секрет маленький, Ибис гостиница находится в сто метрах от данного отеля. А теперь уважаемые дамы, не читайте далее. Для мужчин. В 20 метрах ходьбы стриптиз бар, пивная. В отеле можно взять сауну и хамам. Имеется парковка

Прекрасное место. 2100 на двоих номер в мансардном этаже. Лифт до 4 этажа далее пешком.Широкая 2 спальная кровать очень удобная, широкий подголовник.Розеток мало, есть удлинитель.Тв.Есть парковка своя. Окна открываются. Есть темные шторы.Завтраки 300 руб на человека, нормальный шведский. Жаль только что перед заселением не проверили номер, - были подтёки на потолке.
