Manchester (Cheadle)

This is a great location, close enough to the airport but less busy than others which are slightly nearer. Very close to local leisure centre and supermarkets. Attached pub has a very limited menu, as do most Premier Inns but yhe food was good. Nearby TGI Fridays offers an alternative eating place but was noisy and expensive. Great free parking. I stay here when visiting family and happy to recommend it.

I often stay in Premier Inns and I stay at this one the most often. Premier Inns generally are reliable and consistent in their quality. Clean, sound proof rooms. Good quality bed. Good quality shower. Everything works well. Nice easy chair in room so I could relax without having to sit in the bed. Hair dryer in room. Plenty of tea coffee milk top ups available Restaurant next door is convenient and again serves a decent breakfast efficiently. All I want is somewhere comfy to relax in the evening and a good night's sleep plus breakfast at a reasonable price. I really look forward to a Prrmier Inn stay and particularly at Cheadle as the staff, without exception are so pleasant and helpful

The hotel is fine but I got back to find a load of bags had been nicked out of my car, including some valuable items of camera gear, and an unreplaceable electronic personal item. The police said they would take my report but couldn't do anything without CCTV. When I asked the receptionist if they could help by providing the CCTV, they said I'd have to ring back and speak to the manager in the morning. On speaking to the manager, I was told my car was in a CCTV blind spot. I feel that if a hotel is in a fairly urban location in what is obviously a fairly high-crime area, then it is simply unacceptable to not have CCTV coverage in this day and age.

Clean room and a quiet evening/night which was amazing! Plenty of hot water and a good powerful shower too . Super friendly staff and nothing a problem… breakfast was very good too and just literally a few yards away. Beds were comfortable and the room was warm and cosy.

A pleasant stay. When going for breakfast the following morning which we had not booked at 10.45am, we were told that they would need to check with the chef. We were then advised that orders stopped at 10.50am and I assuming that the chef was not prepared to cook for us and the other couple who were waiting behind us. We explained that we were told we could get breakfast up until 11an. Mansi was amazing, she offered to cook for us herself which she did while we enjoyed some coffee and toast. I really appreciate the extra effort that she went to, she didn’t have to do this but it made all the difference to our stay. She was amazing?
