The staff is very kind and professional, the hotel is fancy, clean, beautiful.
My problem was the extremely high temperature in my room. I couldn't adjust it at all, I was sweating all night. I don't know why some hotels in Inner Mongolia (I never experienced this in Yunnan, Sichuan and Shaanxi) turn on the heater so much.
The other disturbing thing was the lights that automatically turn on as soon as I set a foot on the floor. I see no need of such things, they just keep me awake. If I need some light, I can turn it on myself.
The town seemed to be pretty dead, only one shop was open at 7 pm. It wasn't so far away, so it's all right.
Anyway, it's a hotel that accepts foreigners without problems, so I'm glad I stayed here.

The location and environment of the hotel are good. The hotel is new and the staff's attitude is also very good. The bad thing is: the room was poorly cleaned. After entering, I found paper on the bathroom floor, water stains on the sink faucet, and the breakfast room was in a mess. 遇到突如其來的大雨，沒法衹好打亂行程準備入住酒店回房間休息。結果三點多到達酒店辦理入住，告知房間沒有被套床單，説可以先到房間休息。到了房間真是一片狼藉，由於中午沒吃飯，衹好在狼藉一片裏吃泡麪等被套床單。從來沒有遇到過這種等被套床單的故事，而且後面還拿的不是酒店的被套。後面雨停了，出去玩了回來，都準備睡了打開被子，床單上一大個腳印。然後給前台打電話叫換床單，至少催了三次等了有十五分鐘才來一個人，進來看了看，才去找床單。等我精疲力盡的等他換完，又發現空調打開根本沒有風。因為下午呆在酒店都是開着窗户沒開空調的，所以一直沒有發現。真的當發現空調也是壞的時候真是生氣到無語。關鍵是你打給前台，前台也沒有任何道歉什麼的，衹會説找人來看。問投訴找誰，別個説反正她就辦入住，不知道，自己去查！從來沒有住過這麼差的酒店。也從來沒有寫過這麼長的評價，請避坑。順便説一句清潔也是做的馬虎的，唉，這個比起晚上的心塞，都是小事了。

本來訂了兩晚的房間，一進房間，全季送了我一個大禮包-全季特產中華婪步甲，嚇得我連夜取消了第二天晚上的住宿。在內蒙古這麼多天，雖然也有見過這種蟲子，但從來沒在酒店見到過，酒店衞生很有問題，後來發現我的決定是明智的，本來窗簾後面有幾衹活的死的裝死的我都解決了，結果發現越來越多，甚至連床上都有，而且那衹特別大，還爬得特別快！跟前台反映沉默不語，然後叫來了阿姨，阿姨一直鋪墊説他們家也有，然後我指哪兒掃哪兒，一晚上都睡不着，第二天依然好幾衹在爬來爬去，你們就住吧，一住一個不吱聲！酒店前台就是在假熱情，言語熱情，實際什麼都在逃避什麼都不做，我甚至以為這是私人開的酒店，管理非常混亂，不是在跟人打電話就是離開崗位，這麼低評分是有原因的。

首先，黃花溝的VIP權益是自己購買普通票以後給你升級VIP 而不是直接給VIP票。當時看到這個權益因為已經預訂好其他的酒店，為了保險我打電話前台詢問了兩遍是否直接送VIP票，答覆是的，所以我們付費退掉了之前的酒店，換到了這裏，辦理好入住後才告訴我們需要自己買普通票，購買通道提示有明顯誤導。其次，衞生問題和服務不知道是太偏遠還是怎麼感覺有些跟不上。洗澡水不太熱，早餐的筷桶裏躺着死蒼蠅，還在水裡泡着，搞得不敢用筷子。高峯期的供應完全跟不上，百分之九十的菜品都空盤沒有人續。我們因為趕時間也沒吃什麼就走了。反正這次住得很惱火。

這次入住體驗完全達不到預期。進房間第一眼就看到被子亂糟糟的（前台給的解釋是被套拿去洗了還沒有送過來）瞬間好感度就降了大半。更讓人糟心的是，床邊地板上還有水漬，走路都得小心翼翼。（酒店給的解釋是衞生剛搞過，還沒有乾透）想聯繫前台反映問題，結果房間的分機電話根本用不了，衹能自己跑一趟去反應，太不方便。整體感覺酒店在衞生和設施維護上都很敷衍，完全沒有住得舒心的感覺，極大印象我之前對全季的好感度，雖然酒店經理後來給換了房間，但是很影響遊玩心情。不會再考慮入住了。

位置：離黃花溝景區很近，而且入住送一張景區暢玩票
衞生：衞生情況一般，剛進屋就看見了茶台上的一根長頭髮，浴巾上還貼着一張手寫標簽，感覺有點離譜
服務：工作人員服務態度還可以，就是人多有點顧不來，辦理時會慢一些
設施：簡單設定了一下空調熱風，發現打不開，不知道是不是設定問題。屋裡的電話沒接線，有事聯繫前台還是網上搜電話打的。
離店沒有伴手禮，不過在我詢問洗漱包是否可以帶走時給了一個。
總之感覺這家全季體驗一般，細節不太到位，因為位置和送票選擇的這家。
