The staff is very kind and professional, the hotel is fancy, clean, beautiful.
My problem was the extremely high temperature in my room. I couldn't adjust it at all, I was sweating all night. I don't know why some hotels in Inner Mongolia (I never experienced this in Yunnan, Sichuan and Shaanxi) turn on the heater so much.
The other disturbing thing was the lights that automatically turn on as soon as I set a foot on the floor. I see no need of such things, they just keep me awake. If I need some light, I can turn it on myself.
The town seemed to be pretty dead, only one shop was open at 7 pm. It wasn't so far away, so it's all right.
Anyway, it's a hotel that accepts foreigners without problems, so I'm glad I stayed here.

The location and environment of the hotel are good. The hotel is new and the staff's attitude is also very good. The bad thing is: the room was poorly cleaned. After entering, I found paper on the bathroom floor, water stains on the sink faucet, and the breakfast room was in a mess. There was no management, people could come in and out at will, and there was no staff to swipe the room card or ask for the room number. It's newly opened, but the facilities look simple from a distance and shabby up close. The hygiene is really not very good. As soon as I checked in, I saw a lot of long hair on the floor. Relative to the price, the room is really small. The bedding is relatively new and cleaner than other hotels in Chayouzhong Banner. However, the pillows are not as comfortable as those at Atour. 週末本想去草原從市裡就開車出發，後來才知道因為下雪高速被封了導航給我指的是一條小路，最後在當地人的指導下，在天剛黑的時候，通過高速逆行的方式就近找了這個酒店住下了，事後想想還挺害怕的
酒店環境挺不錯的，各項設施齊全，機器人送外賣，服務態度熱情周到，洗衣房挺智能，可以微信提醒進程，不過沒有提供早餐，在這個旅遊淡季價格有點小貴

在火山去往黃花溝的路上，不想住草原蒙古包的可以考慮全季，服務好，環境也好，停車位很多，衞生間智能馬桶。早餐一般，不過適合帶孩子吃。附近有個楊子私家菜，還不錯！
