服務質量非常差，酒店上面明明寫的24小時前台服務，我凌晨去入住的時候打了三遍電話才把前台叫下來，第一遍電話我説我要辦理入住還沒有説完，前台就把電話給掛了，第二遍打電話，前台不接，第三遍打電話才下來給我辦理入住。
酒店環境也不好，位置非常偏僻，沒有電梯，房間沒有空調，沒有拖鞋，很差勁，衞生間的燈和排氣扇是同一個開關，衹要開燈排氣扇就會開非常吵，非常影響睡眠

説實話 是真的不咋樣 櫃子是爛的 地上有好幾處粘坨坨的不知道是什麼 那插座都出來了 真是一點兒不修呀再然後就是那桌子後面還有外賣袋子 也不知道是什麼時候的 我也不知道這個衞生是怎麼打掃的為什麼會有外賣袋子 總而言之體驗感特別差

為了看火山臨時定的酒店，感覺像是辦公樓改的賓館，房間比較大，有的房間門鎖是壞的，沒有空調，烏蘭察布夜間比較涼快，所以沒有空調也不會很熱。端午節100+的價位來説比較合適。

停電停水雖然不是人為的 但是房間裏面也沒有礦泉水 問她給提供點水也沒有 這麼大個地方連個備用水也沒有 真服 還得自己花錢找地方買水 房間連個網都沒有

房間挺大的，插座比較少，設施比較陳舊，暖氣倒是挺熱的，洗澡水龍頭呲水厲害，廁所門把手也是壞的，索性不關門了。
