We were really pleased with the activities available and the staff running these made our experience. Other staff were very rude - We experienced this from their Delivery Driver and Security Guard. The location of our cottage was an issue - we paid extra for the VIP cottage but didn’t know they are a 30 minute walk each way to the closest activity. We have a child with special needs so this wasn’t possible for us, we attempted to hire a cart straight away however there was no availability and the staff weren’t helpful with an alternative solution. The cottage was tidy but very dirty and received a few stained towels the outside table wasn’t useable as looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We noticed far more cars parked at accommodations and driving around the park compared to others we have visited, this made the walks with our SEN child even more difficult. It’s definitely one we wouldn’t return back to as not worth the price.

This has by far been the worse experience on any centre parcs. I have been to about 10 so far and this has been the worse. The whole place is a construction site, and I mean the whole place, not just one section. It's a major refurb and they need to close this place down. It's a major health and safety issue. Big truck going at speed so can't cycle anywhere. All activities cancelled cause of the construction but no need to tell us but still available to book on the website. The two members of staff talking while doing the pony ride (after it had to be rebooked twice) and our ponies had to be pulled back by help from members of the public as staff had gone AWOL. SOFT PLAY and all the entertainment is CLOSED. It's all a lie. DON'T COME HERE. Entrance to the only play area has a massive hole and is surrounded by diggers , poor children. Only two gas burners work, microwave no display...the list goes on... please please don't come

Really a mixed experience. On thé plus side it wasn’t the french holidays so the park was pretty empty by normal standards, this meant low queues for slides in the water park, not too busy outside and around the park. The water park is great. Really nicely done out, great river sauvage, nice cold pool and big hot pool, plenty of variation. Apartment (premium cottage) was as usual more than acceptable and really in wildlife, we had peacocks and squirrels outside the door each morning. But it did come with some downsides: the main slide was shut, a couple of the resteraunts were shut, and some things closed early. This wasn’t a big deal though. The main gripe we had was with pricing vs quality. Unless you head out there is no competition and Centerparcs and while we don’t mind it but there are limits. The pricing in the Italian is the same as we experience here in Switzerland, one of the worlds most expensive countries. The supermarket - carrefour - on site has prices racked up genuinely higher than we would accept - six euros for a small pre packed lunch salad for example. There is a McDonald’s on site but we had to actually complain at our McFlurry deserts that were less than half full and 5 euro’s each. We are really not that demanding people but this was just cheating. They reluctantly put a small amount more ice cream in. There is no completion and it really, really showed. Our breakdown for advise is: 1. Treetop adventure - pricey at 30eur each but is we’ll done. 2. Mini golf outdoor - 10 euros each person - complete robbery for a family of 5 to ask for 50 eur to play on a fairly bashed up crazy golf course. 3. Badminton - good value. 4. Archery - good but quite short. The gold medal though goes to the jetons to play arcade games or pool. Never ever have these been more than one euro and now they went up to 1.5eur per jeton with many games costing 2 jetons. For me, this is just too much by a distance and given this is meant to be a holiday for families is ratcheting up profit before the brand statement .

Brilliant, loved every minute of our stay. Fantastic facilities for our little ones. The staff were really friendly and put up with our appalling french! Lovely surroundings and wildlife. Strongly recommend. Will hopefully return if we can stomach the loooong drive down!

Just returned from a disappointing stay at Center Parcs Les Hauts de Bruyères. Here are the issues we faced: 1 - The site is in disrepair, with uneven and dangerous pathways and roads. 2 - Constant noise from building works and tree surgery with no prior warning. 3 - Poor communication from staff, no proper check-in procedure or guidance. 4 - Pathways were removed during our stay, making it difficult to access key areas. 5 - Many park facilities were closed or inaccessible, reducing our options. 6 - Workmen entered our lodge without notice and changed the locks, leaving us locked out in a rainstorm with upset children. 7 - Inadequate changing facilities at Aqua Mondo, poorly lit and lacking family spaces. 8 - All café and eating facilities in Aqua Mondo were closed. 9 - Excessive vehicle movement on-site made it unsafe for children to walk or cycle. Overall, it was a stressful and disappointing holiday. Center Parcs needs to take ownership of these issues and improve their communication and site management. Not the relaxing break we were hoping for.

We are still here so this is fresh. We reserved our lodging through Airbnb, bought our tickets online, arrive at the dome to go, but we can’t go in. They don’t have the facilitiez to accept our QR code and give us our bracelets. We are told we need to walk back to the security gates with our small child to get the bracelets and walk back. And we need to do it every day we are here. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. Shame on you Center Parc.

Parc vieillissant, cottages new design pourraient être sympas s’ils étaient propres à l’arrivée.

Terrible customer service in the event of an unexpected cancellation, response from Center Parc was non-existent. No reply to any email sent, no reply from the customer service number and the only reply I was given when contacting the center parc itself was to be told 'Call X number, I can't assist". Very disappointed.

The hotel was filthy: carpets were old; paint peeling of the handrail, no lift, the bed we paid for as an extra bed in the room was a sofa and was too short to be a bed. The pillow that was given for the bed was a cushion, covered with a pillow case, the room had a strange and bad odor, the toilet was dirty, there were no blankets for the spare bed. The window was broken on our arrival and they pretended there's no security issue The cottage was too far from the entrance and we had to do 5 km by feet. We had to pay for a scooter - it stopped working after 30 min. Client service - ABSENT, nobody cares Worst experience in our life
