I paid for a room for 6, which costs more. But got a room for 4. Not happy! Room was fairly clean. The hallway was trashed. Bedding and towels laying outside of the rooms. Had not been vacuumed in days, and a used plunger in the hallway trash. I really want a refund for the difference in the room I paid for and the one I got. A difference of about $40.00.

Nice place to stay. Good breakfast choices. The shower needs a shelf or ledge to place toiletries when showering. Front desk associate was friendly and professional.

Family vacation trip. Overall the hotel is wonderful. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast was great. A nice variety of breakfast foods.

It was a great stay for us. The breakfast was great! We had our kids with us and everyone was very friendly and the pool was nice and spacious for kids.

Requested pack and play when made reservation 2 mo before arrival. No one called to tell me that they did not have them.....despite the hotel amenities listing availability of such.
When I asked what I was supposed to do with my 8 month old for whom it was requested, they shrugged.
Pool is cold. Unpleasant experience.
AC leaked a big (2 feet) puddle on last night of our stay.

The staff was great! A gentleman helped us get our luggage up to our room. The room was in great condition. Was a stain on the underside of the couch cushion that unless you use the foldout bed you wouldn't even know was there. Breakfast was one of the better we've seen in awhile.

The place was nice except the pull out bed, it was dirty. But the staff at head desk was wonderful and immediately got us clean mattress pad and sheets for it

I love that this hotel is off by itself at the end of the street. Definitely not a lot of traffic noise. Check In was fast and convenient. My room and bathroom has an abundance of space. Bed slept well and everything seemed to be clean.
