I and my wife stayed only one night, but it was o.k. indoor pool was also open and o.k. The location to the Ruby Falls, Little River Falls and Lookout Mountains were only view miles. If we come again to Chattanooga, we will stay in the Quality Inn and Suites.

*Neither of the tv's (2) in the room worked. Was going to call front desk BUT phone had no cord attached to it. She came and worked on it for about 30 minutes and then called in the man and HE worked on it about a hour and could not get it to work. * The fridge was HOT, No temp control knob. *The microwave was not working. *Missing light bulbs. *No hot water on vanity sink.

I was given a key to a room when checking in and upon entering, there were other guests in the room. On top of it, once we did get in our room it was not entirely clean and things were broken. The common areas were in disrepair with cardboard in place of ceiling tiles, duct tape holding things together, several lightbulbs that needed replaced, visible dirt on the walls, and crumbs on the floors of the hallways.

My family and I stayed overnight while visiting Chattanooga. The location was good for the where we visited while there. Other than the first room being not clean when we walked in and the rooms needing some updating, our stay was good. We’d stay again.

Overall decent place. But the room had some old things or patch work. Not sure if there was some remodeling ongoing. I went during off peak hours so not sure that might be another reason for my experience. The only reason for probably a 4 star is because I was on a week long trip and I stayed at 3 other hotels and that may have swayed my opinion a little from 5 star. Good property overall.

Absolutely clean and comfortable nobody odors no smoke odors super clean smelled super clean and everything smelled clean and fresh.. would definitely stay here again or recommend a place to anybody that comes to or goes through Chattanooga Tennessee
