Room was already checked in when we arrived - causing confusion. Parking lot is too small to turn around. Room smelled like dirty arm pits and mold.

No space for a uhaul wants you to park in others parking lots and he'll watch the cameras. Then in the parking lot i was told to park theres literally people fighting and throwing stuff at each other. Rude when my wife asked about this surprise charge of deposits that was never listed or mentioned

Property was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Comfortable all around. Great stay. Within driving distance of downtown Chattanooga (10 mins). Overall was an excellent place to stay.

Liked had hot wster. Didnt like the staff wanted to argue about my reservation. Was not going to give me a room. Because i resentky changed my nsme because i got marrried and t
My license didnt match my reservation. Hotel needs updating also. My room was supposed to be non smoking room but it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Im allergic to cigarette smoke.

Staff proceeded to knock with do not disturb sign on handle just to let me know housekeeping was gone and handed the garbage I set to be pick up by staff! Will not return
