The room was large, clean, spacious and stylish. Minutes from Highway 24. The surrounding area is safe and green, and it is a 5-minute drive from Rock City Gardens and Lookout Mountain.

When we arrived around midnight, we were greeted by renovation dirt on the floor in the foyer and some tracked down the hall into the elevator. Nothing warned us of the renovation and I would not have booked the hotel had I known. Someone could have made the place more tidy in the midst of working but did not.

We have stayed gere before and loved it. However, as the property was undergoing a full reno, the indoor pool was closed and breakfast was served in a conference room. We were able to go to the hotel next door to use pool. Breakfast selection was not as good as before...but remodeled room was wonderful

Not happy. Rm card didn't, got a new one right away. The curtains in the rm, one side slid over other side was stuck. Maintenance came n fixed it. I have stayed the Hampton right outside Walt Disney World three times now n compared this one to it... just a nice Hotel overall Really missed the scrambled eggs n BACON. Grabbed a cple danish, they were 'cold' so was gonna use the microwave ... which they Didn't Have ! No 'fan' in the bathroom. On the return trip or next yr, will stay at the Holiday Inn down the street

Find somewhere else to stay Room was in bad shape, beds are squeaky, carpet frayed, vanity chewed up, pool is cold, 75 for a pet fee is a rip. overall not worth the money.
