Jennifer on reception was amazing. There was a mix up with our booking but she made it her personal mission to fix things for us. It must have taken her several hours but she saved the day and its so rare to get such amazing customer service!!!!

It's a lovely hotel, delightful staff and service.
It would be so much better if they provided clothes storage in the bedroom - other than hanging space, there was nowhere to put other clothing, and this meant that for four nights we had to live out of suitcases.

A lovely small hotel in a delightful small seaside town. Walked 10 minutes to the harbour and beach, with a drink in a small bar onthe way back. Very nice meal in the hotel restaurant in the evening. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Great place.

Lovely hotel with staff that are very helpful and accommodating. The only issue is residential parking, which is a first come first serve basis at a very popular hotel and restaurant, and a small car park shared by residents and visitors. It suggests that there is plenty of parking nearby but that’s not true. The staff try and help but can’t create the space required.
