Personne très professionnel... sinon la catastrophe de chez catastrophe. La chambre au secours. Mais c'est juste pas possible, un lit 2 places? Pour 2 enfants alors. L'odeur et le confort n'existent pas. Nous avons donc fait demi-tour et trouvé un autre hôtel un vrai... cette fois ci !!!

Bon hotel pour passer une nuit. Si vous cherchez le luxe et le service, cherchez ailleurs. Cependant, le propriétaire des lieux est très serviable et va tout faire pour vous satisfaire. PS : Pensez à remettre le cadre poisson à l'endroit :-)

J'ai dû repartir avec mes enfants, j'avais réservé 2 jours avant ! Le réceptionniste était absent aux heures d'ouverture. Quand il arrive enfin, il ne s'excuse pas, l'hôtel dégage une mauvaise odeur, il nous ainstallé dans 2 chambres sans drap ni serviette avec une lumière cassée et nous dit que c'est toujours comme ça. La responsable que j'ai eu au téléphone m'a dit t'attendre le lendemain pour avoir des draps car ils avaient des problèmes de personnels et de société !!!! Sachant que j'avais réservé, sa réponse était inacceptable. Elle m'a accusée de vouloir de l'argent, alors que je souhaitais juste la prestation normale d' un hôtel . La propreté êtait si miteuse que j'ai renoncé à dormir là et ai préféré faire 400 km pour rentrer. Certes, j'ai perdu 80 euros car c'est non remboursable mais je n'ai jamais vu ça et je n'avais pas envie de contracter des puces de lits ou autre champignons. . Une honte pour tous les consommateurs. Un contrôle sanitaires et de norme semble nécessaire.
