This was our first stay and we really enjoyed it. We were a family of 3 and had a double and pullout / sofa bed. The air conditioning was very effective and the room very quiet. The swimming pool facilities are fantastic and a real highlight of a stay. We'd have appreciated longer hours for our kid to be able to use the indoor pool (perhaps lunchtime when the pool is a lot emptier). I'd suggest relaxing the hours in off-season also. Breakfast was satisfactory. We also enjoyed using the ping pong table. It's located about a 30 mins walk from centre of Chatelaillon / train station and we walked it. There is a bus stop outside the hotel that takes you all the way to La Rochelle. All in all, we intend to return next year.

Situé en face du étoiles MGALLERY, établissement plus abordable. Super et souriant l'accueil est agréable, le personnel d'étage est sympa et efficace et très à l'écoute. Le Buffet du PDT doit être amélioré, trop petit, trop serré, manque: Les Madeleines "Ibis" Les Saucisses Les Crêpes 🥞 sont froides dommage Le parking trop petit. Par contre le Centre Aquatique = EXCELLENT. Très beau couloir de nage. Les installations sont très propres le Bassin extérieur un vrai bonheur

Etablissement proche des plages de Châtelaillon et disposant des équipements de Thalasso. Chambre agréable, propre, literie de qualité. Un personnel à l'écoute des clients et d'une grande courtoisie. Petit-déjeuner sous la forme buffet et de bonne facture. Bref, séjour agréable dans un cadre sympathique.

Un séjour de 4 jours 3 nuits idéal. Nous avons apprécié la chambre spacieuse, le petit déjeuner ainsi que les repas pris au restaurant ainsi que le SPA ( le meilleur que je connaisse)

Hôtel familial très accueillant - très grand professionnalisme de l’ensemble de l’équipe . Un énorme merci à Margot et Lisa pour leur sourire quotidien , leur disponibilité. Parcours marin très relaxant . Bon restaurant . Possibilité de plateaux en chambres . Tout était parfait . Très bon rapport qualité prix .

Ormai i nostri soggiorni qui sono numerosi, sempre soddisfacenti. La camera, abbastanza ampia, minimale come negli Ibis Styles, ben insonorizzata. Come già segnalato, manca il porta salviette riscaldato per l’asciugatura di teli di spugna e costumi. Piscina interna ed esterna, con settore per il nuoto e per i getti d’acqua massaggianti. Colazione buona, con ampia scelta, ristorante promosso. Ampio parcheggio gratuito, non recintato. Nota particolarmente positiva: la cortesia del personale al ristorante, all’accoglienza: M.me Pauline, M. Guillaume, ai piani JC, come ama farsi chiamare per abbreviare il doppio nome lungo.

Hôtel agréable, qualité et prix. Cela fait 3 à 4 fois que nous venons depuis plusieurs années, l'accueil , l'ambiance, les installations hôtel chambre et spa sont très satisfaisant pour nous . petit déjeuner variés et copieux inclus sans oublier la possibilité de diner le soir avec différentes formules. Point de vue géographique bien situé entre quartier des boucholeurs et la plage de chatelaillon avec à proximité axces routiers.
