Ce fut un séjour extrêmement inconfortable et triste à cause de deux défauts énormes : structurel (qui doit être global) et décoratif. On ne sait pas dans quel but l'architecte a conçu cet endroit avec autant d'anomalies grossières ? A-t-il pensé pour qui, pour quel usage il concevait l'ensemble ?

L'hôtel est très bien cependant le restaurent est à éviter avec des enfants. Menus trop cher et non adaptés. Il vaut mieux refuser de prendre des enfants dans votre établissement. Les menus enfants ont été facturé comme les adultes. Honteux!

Aïga Resort Thermal&Spa est idéal pour les problèmes intestinaux et d'estomac, qui est mon cas.(opération d'une torsion de l'intestin et ulcère à l'estomac) je suis revenue en meilleure forme. La chambre, les services et la restauration, rien à redire. par contre les horaires des soins changent souvent et il faut monter et descendre alors qu'il serait plus simple de rester au même niveau quand les soins se suivent!!! ça ne m'empèchera de revenir chez vous. merci

Belle résidence bien située mais l'aspect clinique est trop marqué Éviter impérativement le restaurant car cuisine lamentable qui pourtant affiche "cuisine pleine de saveurs imprégnée du patrimoine culinaire de l Auvergne" Repas salade normande et couscous !!! Très auvergnat!!!! Petit déjeuner à minima pas de viennoiseries pas de jus d'orange sans doute mauvais pour le microbiote !! L'affichage dans l'ascenseur interpelle !! Douche pénétrante ! Pulvérisation annale! Irrigation vaginale !! Très élégant !!!!!!

Agée de 48 ans, j'ai été très satisfaite de ma cure en rhumatologie de 6 jours en pension complète dans votre établissement. Un excellent moment pour soi à réitérer l'année prochaine. Il est trop tôt pour vous dire si cette cure a eu un effet bénéfique pour soulager mes douleurs articulaires. Dans un premier temps cette cure m'a permis de relacher toutes les tensions.

Un week-end ressourçant avec une équipe au top. Sourire et professionnalisme au RDV. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'environnement même si, au mois de novembre, la ville est un peu terne.
