location was great but the facilities were bit old... I expected Hilton would be better but overall was just ok... so I cancelled my 2nd night and left for Naha after one night.

Beautiful place! Staff were friendly and accommodating. First experience with a 5 star hotel and it was amazing! Situated right beside American Village and there were many places to just walk or cycle around and explore. Staff even helped with making a taxi booking since we had an early flight. Thank you Hilton for making the last lap of our Japan trip a memorable one! Oh and breakfast buffet was good! Wished that the items changed around but not complaining since the food was of top quality!

The room is big n clean. The view n staff is good. Location is good.there is a bike shop across the road had a wonderful n easy bike ride . ( very short though- 5 mins to left n right end ,left to the beach, right to the restaurant along the coast )

Second time staying in this hotel, swimming pool is large and with laundry machines, bfast buffet not many choices, receptionist good to remind us to better have bfast before 0900. Free parking . Thank you for the birthday 🥳 champagne

It was very nice resort and Staffs were nice and kind. Accessbility of American village is very nice. I will visit again when I come to Okinawa.

We have stayed here twice! It’s so nice and I love the hosts and staff! The location is so close to everything and the pool is so fun.

It's great. The old hotel has a good location and the service is excellent.

In addition to the atmosphere of the American Village at night, you can walk along the coastline from the hotel to the north in the morning to feel a different sense of tranquility. There are many restaurants on both sides of the main road within one kilometer walking east. There is a fireworks show at 8 o'clock every Saturday night.

The room was small for the price and the wifi service was not that good It's good to share the pool with Doubletree I booked a limousine bus to the airport and requested a change in the number of people the day before boarding, and at first they said they wouldn't refund the difference, but when one of the people in the group complained strongly, they refunded it. It was originally supposed to be refunded according to the agreement, but I was disappointed with the service that didn't match the hotel class...

The hotel is located next to the American Village and has unparalleled sea views. Children love it! The beds were very comfortable and both adults and children got plenty of rest! Breakfast the next day can be purchased at the guest price, which is a great value, and the check-out time is 12 o'clock, which is great for parents with children! There are also fireworks to watch every Saturday night, which is worth it! The bathtub + swimming pool is a big plus👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Must come again!

I am very satisfied with this accommodation for my trip to American Village. The facilities are very clean and all staff are friendly. I definitely want to come back next time.
