My expectations were low and I was still disappointed. We had booked two rooms for a two day stay to attend a concert. The first room was ok, except for the smell of tobacco. It was also missing a plug so the bathtub was useless. The second room was filthy. Plenty of dust and grime on the walls several places, but that I could have accepted had it not been for the floor. The entire room was carpeted and on one side of the bed it was soaking wet. It stayed wet for our stay, even after maintenance checked it out. My husband accidentally stepped in it and his white sock turned brown. They also used some sort of perfume in the rooms and the hallways, which were nauseating. The food was edible. Pretty flavorless and bland. We ordered a charcuterie board and the sliced cheese had dried edges. The bread was also extremely dry, like cut to days ago and left on the counter. Breakfast was ok. Pancakes and eggs were good, but the rest wasn't much to write home about. Overall a very disappointing experience. Except the lobby and the staff. Lobby is gorgeous and the staff was extremely pleasant.

Toller zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal an der Rezeption super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Dazu konnte man gratis sein Elektroauto laden. Das Frühstück war ausreichend im Rahmen. So stellt man es sich vor.
