I had a very negative experience. Unfortunately, the staff lacks professionalism and responsibility, failing to prioritize client satisfaction—all at our expense. It feels like we’re paying to be denied decent service. The heating system in my room didn’t work,and I waited nearly three hours for a solution without any clear communication from the receptionist. She insisted, falsely, that the heating in my room was working. She refused to take further action and declined to call or connect me with her supervisor, even suggesting that “I can sleep at the reception if I wanted”. She was dismissive, stating that she didn’t care because her shift was ending soon and that she wouldn’t arrange another room. Eventually, the manager intervened, and I was moved to another room with a working heating system. Unprofessional staff with a serious lack of customer service experience!
