Comfortable hotel that allowed us to sleep well after a day spent at Futuroscope. Room well insulated from noise, easy to access, well equipped. The children loved the breakfast. Friendly staff, everything was perfect for a small budget.

We have stayed in Campanile hotels on and off for many years while travelling in France. They are convenient for an overnight stay, are of a consistent standard with reliable food choices. We were, nevertheless, very impressed by our stay at Campanile Futuroscope - despite being extremely busy (a Sunday afternoon in August) the service at Reception was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable, the hot buffet evening meal was of a good standard and the overall service in the fbusy restaurant was of a high standard. Breakfast the following morning was also very good. We were very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience of our stay and, in particular, wish to thank Arielle, the Duty Manager at Reception, and Gilles the waiter at both dinner and breakfast for their professionalism. efficiency and good humour.

Most times we are just travellers/tourists going through! Like seriously what more do people want?! (I mean those with scaring comments & reviews) i luckily have stayed in big hotels around the world and I can’t say less about this one. Professional and clean services. the bedsheets were clean & breakfast was great too. etc… It’s not a brand new hotel yes, but who said France is a brand new country?! We good! Will definitely stay there again next year by God’s grace. Xoxo

This experience was absolutely terrible. What exactly was I paying for? The cutlery was unclean and the wifi was bad, sometimes it worked but 99% of the time it didn’t. I felt unsafe at this place, it should not be called a hotel, but a motel - false advertising much ?!! I felt unsafe because the motel was plonked right in the middle of nowhere, so out in the open anybody could come in. The tea was disgusting and undrinkable and there were bugs and roaches in my room. This motel is horrendous, don’t come unless you have absolutely no other option. Thank you

My Husband and I had booked half board in advance but when we arrived we were told we had to pay cash, which was fine but had to pay as we checked in, which was very unusual.Room was okay apart from a lack of pillows and towels only one of each.We went in for our evening meal only to find that it a buffet and no a la carte as stated on their site. Hot buffet consisted of 3 meals none of which was to our liking and neither was the cold buffet and was told they didn't do a la carte.When I asked about a refund for our non existent meal I was told to fill in a form and it would be given to the manager who would contact me,I asked to see the manager there and then but was told he wasn't available till later.I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly never return.

Super dîner et super petit dej! Personnel du restaurant du soir adorable et pro. Diner buffet froid et chaud à volonté délicieux excellente surprise merci beaucoup La chambre vraiment efficace raccord avec le prix mais vraiment le repas excellent
