Stopped here during the long drive north to the ferry. 24 hour staff were quick and efficient. Dogs allowed in the room so everyone happy. Breakfast was a little disappointing but at least it was quiet on a week-day in December. Only gripe is that there are no plug-in points in the parking area. Nearest one is at the Campanile down the road.

The hotel is very well located next to the highway, which turns out to be an excellent option for those who need to rest in the middle of a long trip. Some employees don't speak English very well, but nothing that with some patience and a word of French in between can't be overcome. Regarding the hotel's conditions, the rooms are a little small for the Mercure standard that we are used to finding in other countries. The breakfast is up to the standards of a Mercure hotel.

Tout simplement dégoûtée.... soirée du nouvel an avec un menu alléchant mais servi a la va vite, serveur en tee shirt noir dégoulinant de transpiration....a peine la mise en bouche terminée on enchaine les plats vitesse grand V, on a du réclamer l'eau, le pain...quantité adultes beaucoup trop grosses, notre enfant a eu les memes quantités donc gros gâchis... Tout comme la soirée

Fervent client des hôtels du groupe Accord je n’ai jamais vu un service d’une aussi piètre qualité. Pas de place au restaurant de l’hôtel passe encore mais pas de service en chambre comme indiqué sur le site, c’est indigne d’un hôtel**** et qui plus est assez hallucinant pour les clients dudit hôtel obligé de trouver à se restaurer à l’extérieur. Aucune prise en charge, réceptionnistes passifs voir même blasés….l’emplacement est bien si vous allez au Futuroscope et c’est le seul point positif malheureusement. Chambres mal isolées.
