Stopped here during the long drive north to the ferry. 24 hour staff were quick and efficient. Dogs allowed in the room so everyone happy. Breakfast was a little disappointing but at least it was quiet on a week-day in December. Only gripe is that there are no plug-in points in the parking area. Nearest one is at the Campanile down the road.

The hotel is very well located next to the highway, which turns out to be an excellent option for those who need to rest in the middle of a long trip. Some employees don't speak English very well, but nothing that with some patience and a word of French in between can't be overcome. Regarding the hotel's conditions, the rooms are a little small for the Mercure standard that we are used to finding in other countries. The breakfast is up to the standards of a Mercure hotel.

Disappointing! Room was clean, i was disappointed with the size. Small desk and chair, overall not what i would expect from a 4 star Hotel. Travelled all of the day, long journey, arrived at 8:30 pm to be told the restaurant was closed at weekend, apparently i should have read on the website, I was informed. Asked where any restaurant's were and was told to drive towards Poitier, very helpful! Bar was closed where iwe returned at 10 :30 pm

Check-in trop long, une seule réceptionniste mais chambre confortable. Personnel du restaurant peu convaincant et pas pro, réservation à 19h...arrivés à 19h mais virés par le serveur parce qu'il nous dit qu'il n'est pas prêt, nous sommes allés au salon pour attendre et des clients sont rentrés à leur tour, 10 secondes après nous au restaurant sans être refoulés, j'ai pas vraiment compris. Buffet du petit déjeuner extra et le personnel qui s'en occupe est parfait

Petit déjeuner, beaucoup trop cher par rapport à ce qui nous a été présenté ! Beurre pas couvert, à l’air libre … hygiène non respectée, personne de salle, pas de bonjour, pas un sourire ! Pas la fibre commerciale !
