Mon compagnon et moi avons aimé notre séjour dans ce Residhome qui est très bien placé pas loin du centre , la cathédrale et les restaurants. La propreté est irréprochable très important pour nous 😀. Le lit est confortable on y dort bien .le personnel est sympathique et nous a donné des conseils utiles pour visiter la ville . Le monsieur qui était là au moment du check out était très sympa tique et professionnel , il nous a donné envie de revenir en nous parlant de la fête de la lumière qui va avoir lieu en février ou mars 2024 . Nous le remercions au passage ☺️
Nous le recommandons et séjournerons là bas sans hésitation si nous retournons à Chartres un jour .

Our second visit - won’t be the last. This hotel is easily accessibl. On the two occasions we have stayed, we’ve been travelling in separate cars en route back to the UK and it’s never a problem parking both in the hotel car park. They even let us leave our 4x4 in the large space we drove into when a different space had been reserved. Staff are polite and helpful and suites are really well appointed. This time we were allocated a disabled accessible room which was even bigger than usual! The only difference - a wet room type shower! Lovely fluffy towels, comfy bed, kettle for a cuppa and a fridge to keep our wine chilled, couldn’t ask for more. The city centre is a short walk and the hotel is quiet at night - we slept with a window open & there was no traffic or other noise which disturbed us. Residhome is a great aparthotel chain & suites are reasonably priced. We will be back.

I usually stay in 4/5 star hotels so I was a little apprehensive staying in this 3 star. Well, I needed have worried. What a great little hotel! Clean, comfortable, very nice room and all at a very reasonable price, what is not to like. An easy 15 min stroll into the city centre, the river Eure 200m down the road with pedlos to hire and a nice little park with crazy golf. I'd definitely stay again and recommend.

Superb apartment. Stayed just one night but would be very happy to stay for longer. We were very lucky to be upgraded to an apartment with balcony (room 502) with a view towards the cathedral. Modern, fully equipped, spacious and very clean with a decent size bed and kitchenette. Great value at 75 euros a night in April plus 8 euros parking.

Quite noisy if you are on the road apartments, but it had everything, other than milk and tea bags, that we needed, bed really comfy. Chartre is beautiful, worth spending a full day here. Cathedral truly beautiful. Shops great for a browse.

This is a new hotel with very good facilities in the rooms. The little kitchenette is well equipped and very useful. The centre of Chartres is an easy 5 minute walk. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was very good value for money. The parking is a bit confusing but if you pull up, there’s an intercom which connects you to reception. We parked in a disabled parking space and then moved our car into the underground car park once we’d checked in. You need a key card to use the lift so not sure how you’d get to reception if you parked first but I’m sure there’s a way.

I happened upon the Residhomes in Chartres. lucky! A great hotel: new, modern, tastefully furnished, friendly reception, good garage parking space. Best breakfast! Level of a 4 star hotel. Just perfect!
