Clean hotel close to the charmey public baths, which are spacious, but average for a spa experience. In the restaurant you may order a la carte, or compose your food on the buffet. Watch out that you do not taste from your partners’ dishes from the buffet, you might get intercepted by the head waiter informing you about an extra charge he must apply. Insulting and unprofessional service. Overall 5 star pricing for 4 star amenities. Govto the swiss german hotel -spas for a better experience.

Si nous avons bien compris l’hostellerie Le sapin dépend de l'hôtel Cailler car c'est à la réception de celui-ci que nous avons du faire l'enregistrement...! l'Hôtel le Sapin est située dans le centre du village de Charmey à quelques minutes à pied du parking gratuit où se trouvent les bains chauds de Charmey et l'hôtel Cailler. Pour les bains, nous avons obtenu 1 ticket de rabais (5,-chf) pour chacun de nous et aussi un bon de parking gratuit. L'entrée de l'hôtel le Sapin se fait par la pâtisserie, c'est là aussi que nous prenons les petits déjeuners généreusement bien servis dans une belle salle chaleureuse complètement rénovée. La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté de la chambre, le petit déjeuner copieux et la situation de l’hébergement nous incitent à recommander cet hôtel...!
