We walked into the restaurant @7pm following the Désalpes at Charmey (plenty of empty tables) and were warmly greeted. However, as the evening progressed, it was marred by a poor table service, constant flies around our food on the table, and incomplete food order, and a male waiter - who we felt had a very unpleasant & inappropriate attitude. When he asked for feedback, he then proceeded to argue... Unacceptable.

Don't eat or drink at the restaurant. Their bar client is very bothering. My husband and I stopped eating and left because of a sexist and racist drunk at the bar. Definetely we won't come back. We are sorry for the employees.

L'hôtel est bien situé à quelques pas des bains de la gruyère et au centre de village. L'hôtel a beaucoup de charme et les chambres en bois sont plutôt belles. La salle de restauration est très agréable. A noter quand même quelques bémols: proximité de la route, fenêtres peu isolantes du bruit et lave-main de toilette en guise de lavabos dans la salle de bain ce qui est très étonnant. Néanmoins, l'ensemble reste agréable

Notre séjour est hyper agréable ! Une expérience culinaire de haut niveau. La cuisine est toujours délicieuse, variée et surprenante, avec des nouveautés même au menu du jour. Chaque plat est un vrai régal❤️ Un grand merci également au personnel, très attentionné et professionnel, qui rend chaque visite encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un moment gourmand et convivial ! 😋

Joli hôtel, bien situé, à 5 min à pied des bains de Charmey, personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Salle du repas très agréable et joliment décorée. Le repas concocté par le chef Rouissi était excellent. Chambre sur route un peu bruyante. Je recommande cet établissement.

Séjour parfait, personnel aux petits soins, très souriant. Chambre très jolie. Le repas du chef Rouissi était un vrai régal, à ne pas manquer. Ambiance très agréable au restaurant. Parking gratuit à côté de l’hôtel. L’hôtel se trouve non loin des bains de Charmey. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir et je recommande cet hôtel.

Le petit déjeuner est simple mais avec des ingrédients de bonne qualité (la moutarde de la Bénichon a été très appréciée). En revanche, salle de bain très petite et mal entretenue : "grille" d'évacuation de la douche descellée risquant de blesser les pieds, barre de fixation de la paroi de douche démontée, flexible qui fuit, pas de tapis de douche, ce qui rend le sol glissant; il n'y a rien pour se cramponner... Oreiller très mou : la tête s'enfonce complètement et n'est pas du tout soutenue. Propreté de la literie correcte, mais le sol mériterait un panossage de temps en temps (après trois pas, les pieds sont sales...). La photo présentée comme étant la chambre réservée ne correspond pas du tout ! Une augmentation des tarifs de plus de 30% durant les vacances de Pâques ! Les remarques ci-dessus présentées verbalement à l'hôtesse d'accueil n'ont suscité aucune réaction, même pas un "désolé". L'amabilité de cette personne s'est vraiment limitée à un minimum syndical.
