It's not a motel, but the facilities are complete. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine in the room. The hotel breakfast is rich. There is a lot to eat around the hotel. We did it two nights. It's just that there was an alarm sound in the middle of the night last night, but nothing happened.

Staff was friendly and helpful while we were there. But I called afterwards to see if a jacket was found and I honestly don't think anyone really looked for it. Stay was fine though

One night stay......Great experience with customer service. The room was clean, but late at night i woke up to bad smells throughout the room...like a toilet or sewage backed up. The smell was gone by the morning and everything in the bathroom seemed ok.

Had real need to check in about 2 hours early (@2pm). Desk clerk flat refused said manager said no - he would be fired. Manager "out-to-lunch". Had a non-refundable, had to change in a rest room. Then once in room, door to bathroom would not close without lot of force. One and done place.

I like the this hotel because it is convenient for our appointments at the University of Virginia. Food, gas and other convenience were near by.

Fine for Overnight
Very lackadaisical service. No sugar at breakfast, kept running out of coffee. Otherwise it was fine for an overnight stop.
The location is difficult to reach, and very crowded.

We reserved a room with two queen beds for 3 nights. When we arrived we were told they only had a room with a king bed for the first night and we could move to a different room the next night. Not happy but “went with it”. Get up to room and settle into bed then a stranger opened our door (with a key card). He was told he had our room number assigned to him. He went back to desk. A few minutes later staff came to our door to ask our name so she could @staighten it out”. The next morning when I went down for breakfast there was no regular sugar available for coffee (they were waiting for o truck) and when I asked for cream cheese for my bagel I got a bit of an attitude from the attendant. When I returned to my room , my key card didn’t work! Very frustrating. The place was clean, but not well managed☹️
