Our stay at this lovely hotel was very nice. It is located close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to the interstate loop for getting around Charlotte. The room was a one bedroom suite. It was set up well for accommodation of the three of our party. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very tasty. We enjoyed our weekend stay & would choose the same location upon further travels.

The room is quite big and the color scheme looks clean and refreshing. The location is quite good, very convenient, there are supermarkets and restaurants on the side. The street is very good, the evening sunset we were very beautiful. Parking is also convenient and free

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were very nice, the surrounding environment was good, the important thing was that the hotel not only had coffee supply but also hot water supply, and there was no problem with making tea!

GGuest UserStorage area for smaller items such as my purse and camera. Plenty of room for our luggage. We were only overnight, but would be perfect for a week long stay. Bagged breakfast was much better than the previous hotel we stayed at. I've attached a picture. Room was clean. Friendly staff. I refuse to be the ”mask police” as I've seen what wearing a mask does to some (including myself). Every staff and guests I saw had a mask on. The walls are a little thinner than I like. I can hear the neighboring rooms TV. I could hear a cat meowing earlier. We more than likely will stay again, but I will ask for a room away from highway traffic. Window blind is great for keeping the room dark! You can't even tell it's daylight with it closed!

I think the facilities of this hotel are very new, the room is clean, the sound insulation effect is also good, can sleep peacefully for one night. The breakfast on the second day was also great, full and very satisfied.
