Great rooftop lounge. Wish the pool area was a little bigger, but other than that, it is a beautiful hotel!

I thought the property was beautiful and well maintained. I also thought that the pool area was very nice. My bed and room were clean and super comfortable. Only thing is when I checked in the workers weren’t the friendliest. I saw the workers help other guests with their bags and give them information about the property, where with me I was given keys and goodbye.

Fabulous hotel! My new home away from home when I visit my daughter. Already booked for next month!

It was very close to an event we were attending & perfectly walkable. The valets were very nice & helpful. The only glitch was when we were leaving the valet parking was very chaotic and not very organized. The facility and rooms were very nice.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The problem we had was with parking. We chose to self park. We were not told that there was no elevator or easy way to get back to the lobby. Therefore, we were left dealing with stairs and several pieces of luggage. The front entrance is a beautiful rotating glass door. The problem is, it is not automatic and you have to push it. That is hard to do while dealing with luggage. Not an impressive beginning to our stay.

Terrific hotel with easy access to convention center. Very good restaurant on premises also.

The hotel rooms are really nice, the view from the 18th floor is pretty decent with the city lights at night. Valet parking during the stay was about 45 dollars at night come and go as you please. Self parking was around 30 dollars maximum I think, but you gotta pay every time you leave the parking lot, so if you plan to go in and out look into valet. The pool closes at 8 and there is no room service if you get hungry late late at night. The staff are wonderful and friendly.

I paid over $500 a night for the room. the refrigerator barely kept anything cool, no microwave in room, the in room breakfast service was great but the breakfast, at $18 per plate, not so much as it was some what cold and the coffee in a carfe was definitely cold. i then ordered a late night snack which was a small Italian sandwich at $18, which was tasty, but only included 2 meats and a slice of cheese. Italian sandwiches should have had at least 4 meats and they were out of the specialty mustard that was suppose to be on sandwich. it had no lettuce tomato's, etc. you could not get any fries or either chips with sandwich. there was no small store or vending machine to get any chips either. although coffee maker in room, i went to the lobby to get a cup but again no such service there. after speaking to night clerk she was so kind to me and after hearing my story did advise me there was a 2nd floor breakfast room, which i was not advised on this area of the hotel, and gave me complimentary tickets for coffee and free breakfast there. the hotel was extremely nice and beside the food/ coffee issue i would stay again, however at the price per room and the above options were extremely disappointing i will not ever stay again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
