The hotel's location couldn't have been better. It was nestled right in the heart of the city, surrounded by vibrant streets, iconic landmarks, and an array of popular attractions. Whether I wanted to explore the local culture, dine at renowned restaurants, or immerse myself in the city's rich history, everything was within easy reach. The hotel's prime location truly enhanced my overall experience.

The location is great! Literally right next to Spectrum center. The facilities and common areas are clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was great. The rooms need upgrades and some safety improvements (I.e., sharp edges around the bed frames and tap water is scalding hot). I would stay here again for its convenient location.

Internet was terrible; tv had "no signal" entire stay. Service in the bar was painfully slow. Housekeeping was non-existent.

I had a great time with my stay at Hyatt House and would return again in the near future. The only downfall from my stay was a incident with the men’s restroom in the lounge are that needed some immediate attention and it wasn’t taken care of or there wasn’t any housekeeping available on the evening of of the 19th and the night front desk manager didn’t seem like she wasn’t to concerned after being told about it. The men’s room was in an unsatisfactory manner and unusable at the time. I would like to say that the bartender Karen was outstanding at her job while doing two to three things at a time and serving customers as well. She needs some help on weekends and especially on basketball or any type of function nights at the Spectrum.

Everything was great, except there was no bar. I like a hotel bar. Granted I felt better this morning, but yeah, as long as there isn't a bar I won't stay there again!
