I’ve stayed here a few times and it was pretty decent some regular hiccups here and there but this black mold issue is a bigger deal than I thought

Loved this place but you do get what you pay for place can get loud ceilings leak and smells like cigarettes

I had a great experience and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Will be returning.

Oh no…. Stains on the carpet, no vent in the bathroom, old feces from an animal. No breakfast (as advertised). Hide-a-bed couch was old and needed to be replaced. Housekeeping staff tried to “run us out” before check out. $50 additional charge for having a pet.

I hardly slept due to the severe back and neck pain I got from the mattress and pillows. The few outlets in the room didn’t work and were falling out of the walls. The fridge wasn’t plugged in (nor was anything else) and it absolutely reeked. The Tv didn’t work and the toilet took a solid 5 minutes to flush. It wasn’t the cleanest and I was hesitant to use the shower. I’m pretty sure there was black mold I saw in the bathroom, which isn’t surprising since there’s no fan. There was no breakfast offered, despite being told there would be. The only positive thing was the working AC. I would’ve been better off sleeping on the couch in my office. I will not be returning to this hotel.
