Do not rely on their airport shuttle - get ready to pay $40 for a cab ride. Their shuttle service is totally inadequate. Customers were having to wait over 40 minutes and came to heated arguments fighting over seats on the shuttle bus. What a disaster.

Short stay for concert
It was a good stay. We were in Charlotte for a concert for one night. We didn’t check beforehand but were surprised there was no continental breakfast. We went to The Flying Bisquit for brunch which I highly recommend! The hotel was clean and we had everything we needed. I thought the shower floor was a little too slippery for seniors with achy joints (me) but other than that, everything was fine.

The security improvements for the back parking are great. I feel much safer when returning to the hotel after dark plus the ability to enter through the back entrance rather than walking around was nice.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Monitoring the front parking lot for those parking in the fire lane would be nice. Because people are not parking correctly makes it more tough to navigate the lot.

Poor Internet, heating, and telecom service
The property, staff, and rooms are great. However, the overall server or power grid needs attention. Internet is poor, the room to room phones don’t work, also TVs and heat operation were inconsistent. We traveled as a group and everyone had signal or TV issues in their rooms. It’s unfortunate for such a lovely property.

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities! Parking is behind closed gates! They have a bar until 1 am and you get Starbucks at 6 AM!
The rooms are clean, updated.
The staff is amazing! I would definitely recommend!

The property was very inviting and the room was spacious and clean. The only thing that caused concern was the floor in the elevator. It needs some repair but other than that my stay was exceptional.
