The worst hotel experience in the United States since my business trip. It took an hour to get in. The front desk was extremely slow. The breakfast fee was included in the order, but the actual breakfast was only coffee and juice. The indoor environment was similar to a domestic hotel that costs more than 100 yuan. I will never stay in this place again.

This is a La Quinta so thought there would be some standards. Place was filthy. My room had cracked ceilings, dirty/torn carpet, lights not working, TV wouldn’t power off and I had to unplug it, walls and bathroom floor dirty. No breakfast. When I asked they really had no answer. Only stayed because I had quick turnaround. Going to let Wyndham know as well. You shouldn’t be selling rooms for this place.
